Oyster Bean Sprouts

Oyster con Togue

Ingredients:

Shelled oyster, monggo bean sprouts (long), canola oil, fish sauce,
garlic, onion, tomato, ginger, salt and black pepper.

Procedure:

  1. On high heat, saute garlic, onion, ginger in canola oil. Drizzle a
    litte fish sauce.
  2. Stir-fry the oysters in about 3 minutes or until its juices come out.
  3. Add in the bean sprout and cover pan for 2 minutes (don't overcook the sprouts).
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

Enjoy with steamed rice!
